He leads project selection and implementation, builds and leads high-performance teams, envisions special-objective market drives, and spearheads market growth and geographic expansion of the company, leveraging his technocratic expertise in specialty membranes, reverse osmosis plants, solid waste management technologies, and low-energy wastewater treatment.
Ritesh is the driving force behind Felix’s evolution into a full-fledged EPC (Execution, Procurement & Construction) Company. Under his leadership, the company has received numerous performance awards, including the Bhilwara Engineering Association Award, Techfest 2013 Award, Gold Distributor Award, Silver Distributor Award for Industrial Piping, Watman 2013 Certificate, and many more.
An eco-warrior par excellence, he is currently passionately involved in creating sustainable, alternative energy-powered wastewater treatment systems, optimally designed for the developing world.

With over 40 years of experience in the environmental field, Vinay Patel has served as a Senior Administrator, overseeing all environmental regulations, legal compliance, research, and the preparation of regulatory frameworks. He has worked to limit and structure industry and government operations to reduce environmental impacts and conserve resources for both the environment and industry.
Through his government service and professional involvement representing the GPCB on both global and national platforms, he has developed a specific set of skills and expertise.
Vinay has practical experience in water and hazardous waste management and an understanding of the implications of policies and regulations at the environmental level for all stakeholders. This experience has resulted in global exposure and networking across diverse environmental management systems in organizations of all scales and services.
He has contributed to the development of environmental resource structures in the country, assisting both industry and government in achieving better regulatory compliance.
